Our monthly full moon ceremony is a chance to pray, connect and purify under the energy of the full moon.
In the sweat lodge, we enter the womb of the Mother: a chance to turn inward, connect with your deepest strength and release what feels heavy.

In-person retreats and experiences offer you a profound opportunity to connect: with yourself, with the natural world and with traditions carried through ceremony. For more than seven years, I’ve continued to learn and walk these ways, including Sundance, Star Dances and the Camino Rojo. They have opened me to love and discipline, and I have devoted myself to them in return.
These practices may not be for everyone. But if you are a deep seeker who feels drawn to nature and wants to connect with your heart in a profound way, you may find a lot here.

We offer a range of experiences around the world, depending on where we are. I walk this path alongside my partner and a few trusted medicine men and women. Together, we’ve built sweat lodges and held ceremonies in some of the world’s most magical spaces.

After the lodge
I have also found an incredible community led by Nico Galvan and Jaymilli Borges, both of whom have had a overwhelming impact on my life. Nico has a remarkable way of being both deeply profound and incredibly gentle in how he shares his wisdom and presence.
Recently, we traveled with Nico to Intag for a Temezcal, and I had the honor of serving as the Fire Tender. It was amazing to be trusted with such an important role. I also loved sharing the experience with Rik, who has played such an important role in this new chapter of my life. Being able to walk this path together and share these meaningful experiences has been a gift.
My favourite part is actually after we all emerge from the lodge. The camaraderie, connection, and joy we share after experiencing something so challenging together are difficult to put into words. People enter a Temezcal for many different reasons, but ultimately, we’re all there for one common purpose: to become the best versions of ourselves that we can be.
